How does Justice Plus sizing differ from standard girls' sizes?

Justice Plus sizes (labeled with a 'P' such as 10P, 12P, 14P, up to 24P) are tailored with extra room through the chest, waist, and hips—typically adding 2 to 3 inches in circumference—while maintaining proportional sleeve and inseam lengths so pants don't drag on the floor.

Do Justice Plus jeans have adjustable waistbands?

Yes, nearly all Justice Plus jeans and woven shorts feature hidden inner buttonhole elastic tabs on both sides. This lets you cinch the waist in slightly if the hips fit comfortably, eliminating the annoying back gap.

Are the same trendy styles available in Justice Plus as in regular sizes?

Yes! Justice believes every girl deserves the exact same trending aesthetics. Rhinestone wide-leg jeans, character graphic collabs, activewear, and rompers are designed identically in both regular and plus size collections.

Tween Fit Guide

How Justice Grades Plus Sizing for Growing Girls

Many clothing brands simply scale adult clothing down or stretch existing patterns without adjusting proportions. Justice does things differently: their Plus line is custom-patterned specifically for tween girls' developing bodies:

👖

Proportioned Hips & Inseams

A common frustration for curvy girls is that buying larger sizes to fit their hips means the pant legs are 4 inches too long. Justice Plus jeans and leggings widen the waist and hip measurements while keeping the inseam length true to youth proportions, meaning clean hems that sit right above the sneaker.

🔘

Hidden Adjustable Waistbands

Every girl's proportions are unique. If she needs a 14P for hip comfort but has a slightly narrower natural waist, the inner adjustable buttonhole tabs allow her to cinch the waistband 1 to 2 inches, completely eliminating that dreaded gap in the back of her jeans.

👕

Flattering Torso & Armhole Grading

Justice Plus tops and graphic tees feature slightly longer body drops and relaxed armhole cuts. This ensures tees don't ride up when raising her hand in class or playing sports, giving her all-day confidence and comfort.

✨

Zero Style Compromises

Every print, graphic collaboration, and denim trend made in regular sizes is also made in Justice Plus. From Garfield graphics to rhinestone wide legs, she never has to settle for bland colors or outdated cuts.
